The HSAP office is located in the same building as the Mt. Pleasant District Office at the following address:

1010 East Washington

Mt. Pleasant, Iowa 52641

This is located at the southeast corner of the 4-way stop at the corner of Washington and Grand. Enter the driveway and follow it around the building to the back parking lot. Enter the Mt. Pleasant District Office from that parking lot at the basement level. Once inside, the HSAP office is directly to the left.
